How to activate:
- Open Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini in text editor (Notepad etc) and go to [Archive] section
- add ", sound\" at the end of "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\" for example: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, sound\, textures\
- Unpack archive into \Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\sound
- final result: \Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout 4\Data\sound\fx\ui\ui_experience_up.wav
