This mod adds crafting recipes to the chemistry lab allowing you to convert raw materials into shipment notes.

This could be considered cheaty because in the process of conversion you gain experience for crafting them and they have 0 weight. However there is a cost involved to create them so they're not entirely free. (cheat version available in misc section)

The cost of crafting the shipment notes is:
20 bottle caps
The appropriate number of base materials

For the packs of 1000 the costs are appropriately increased to be a 1:1 ratio for materials, but 15 caps per note instead of 20. Due to the way the game displays the names, under the 1000 set category it will say you're making a single shipment but you will get the appropriate count to equal 1000 of your input items.

So as to not inadvertently break down junk items and just loop around creating notes this only uses the raw already scrapped materials for the base crafting requirements. If you have a bunch of junk items you will need to break them down before converting to shipment notes.

If you need an easy way to break down materials check out Scrap Grinder [PC] https://mods.bethesda.net/#en/workshop/fallout4/mod-detail/752956

Changelog:
v3:
*Removed the recipes for single 25 adhesive and aluminum since there are recipes for 50 that have the same base cost. It doesn't make sense to have both for the purpose of this mod.
*Removed the cloth and lead requirements, but added a Local Leader perk requirement.
*Increased the caps cost for creating a shipment for single shipments from 15 to 20 caps. Doing them 1000 materials at a time retains the 15 caps per shipment. In real life you generally get a bulk discount for such things right?
