About this mod
This mod disables the SPECIAL Training at the Perk Chart that you can normally do at the cost of a perk.
Limits character's SPECIAL to the starting loadout (28 points, or 40 if you pick the FO3 Plugin) + bobbleheads. NO MORE TRAINING MUHAHAHA

I made this for those who want to stick to one sort of build,
and to prevent you from becoming a Jack-of-all-Trades in Fallout 4.
Might not be for everyone, but it adds impact to your initial SPECIAL distribution.
That's a feature I'm sure some people will like.
Main file (DisabledTrainingSPECIAL):
Disables the training module in the Perk Chart, which prevents you from leveling your SPECIAL stats with Perk Points.
Update V1.1 (Aesthetic):
- Removed the phrase "Now you instantly gain 1 point!" from each SPECIAL Training perk in the Perk Chart;
- Removed the "Training" part in front of each "TrainingSPECIAL" perk.
(Both changes made for dat visual coherence, if ya know what I mean.)
Plugin file (DisabledTrainingFO3):
Gives you a starting amount of 40 points to be assigned to your SPECIAL, the same amount you had in Fallout 3.
Plugin file (DisabledBookSPECIAL):
Removes the effect on the "You're SPECIAL" book in Sanctuary. When activated, your SPECIALs remain the same.
