I saw some reskins for the teddy bears on here and thought to myself that I could do the same and make it standalone.
After figuring things out because of lack of tutorials, I finally managed to get them in game, hooray.
But yeah, you can find these just outside of Vault 111, between the red crane and the vault-tec truck. (See Screenshots)
It will bring you to a little basement where you can pick them up from a box so you can decorate your settlement with them.
This was my first time modding for Fallout or any Bethesda game, so this was more or less of an experiment.

This mod adds the following:
