After the last update where you added the option for spawning ghouls... the ghouls do spawn but they do not add to the settlement i.e. it shows 0 in settlement population limit after spawning a ghoul even after moving it to the settlement by command, therefore also it doesn't take any command given to it. the human settlers work perfectly but not the ghoul settlers.
Also i am not using any other mod at all so mod conflict can not be an issue
