All this mod does is increase the distance you can attack someone with a melee weapon in VATS(yes you basicly teleport 100 Meters into some persons face)
but if you want to get the affects of this mod you will need the perk blitz at rank 2!
*Installation*
*use NMM to install it*
or else exract the files to your fallout 4 data folder!
and also make sureyou have the correct ini tweaks.
