LEGENDARY HELMETS
This mods adds the chance for Legendary Helmets to drop in game.
Metal, Combat and Synth helmets are included, and will start appearing at the same level as their respective armour sets.
Legendary effects are taken from the same pool as other armour pieces.
May be incompatible with other mods that alter legendary item drop lists.

V3 - Fixed an issue where Wraparound Goggle might be spawned instead of a Metal Helmet.
