Excalibur: Sword of Promised Victory is the strongest and most majestic holy sword that symbolizes King Arthur. As that which can be called the physical actualization of her ideals and the symbol of her heroism, it is her greatest and most powerful Noble Phantasm.

• Sharpened Blade: Adds Bleed, Extra limb damage, Cripple chance.
• Charged Blade: Adds Energy damage, Armor Penetration, Immolation effect and a visible Glow effect.

You have to craft it yourself, it will not spawn on enemies or shops.

Alternatively you can just spawn it via console:

• Once the mod is installed, load a game and open the dev console, by pressing tilde (~), or similar key needed to open the console
• Type: help "Excalibur" 4
• You will see a few lines of text appear, one of them will read something like: WEAP: (xxxxxxxx) 'Excalibur'
• Now type: player.additem xxxxxxxx replacing the xxxxxxxx with the ID you see in-game
• After using that command close the console and the weapon will be in you inventory
