Much of the debris inside and around the lot removed from the Red Rocket station where you meet Dogmeat. I have also replaced the water cooler and the refrigerator with in game clean versions. I have tested the initial meeting of Dogmeat with this mod and had no difficulties. 

Do whatever you want with this mod, if you edit it and release a new version based off of this one, I only ask for credit.

**Edit, if any of you have a bug where you can no longer sprint in an area that has had the debris cleaned up, It is easy to fix.

Edit your Fallout.ini file
add new line to the [Gameplay] area (if it does not exist, create it)
fPlayerDisableSprintingLoadingCellDistance=0

In the end the bottom line should look like this:

[Gameplay]
fPlayerDisableSprintingLoadingCellDistance=0
