I did not like the vanilla progression for the SPECIAL bobble-heads. Some were very easy to get to, others much more difficult, and created another level of unbalance to certain play styles/skill progressions.
The mod removes the vanilla stat increases and replaces them with a modified version of the one from the You're Special book. This allows you to choose your desired increase each time you find one. Up to 11.
