About this mod
Option A- Eva just before leaving the vault;
Option B- option A+ Power armor nad weapons in basement in Sanctuary;
Option C- option A+B and 295 character level with all perks

Option A-Eva just before leaving the vault;
Option B- option A+ Power armor nad weapons in basement in Sanctuary (not-so-much game breaking, untill you develop your crafting skills)
Option C- option A+B and 311 character level (obvious cheat, as far as i know to max out character you need 310 levels)
UPDATE- now its 295 level, and i have to spend all points, because when i saved game with 310 points left, and then load, number of avalible points is changed to 54. Anyway, on the new version you have every perk, and 295 level.
You can still modify Eva on the elevator, but im not sure if you can turn on survival mode on those saves. If you can't, there is probably mod or command for that ;)
I marked the basement on last screenshot, if someone didn't know where it is.
