Didn't work for me - found the mod after getting stuck and needing tcl to get out, but after installing this and loading the save I still can't bring up the console. EDIT: Most likely an error on my side, nevermind.
it happened to me as well. It actually happens with a lot of mods for me, I simply uninstall and reinstall them after launching the game once and proceed to launch the game via Vortex. Has worked every time for me so far.
How do I completely disable this mod? I downloaded to fix the invisible pipboy bug and resume my gameplay but the mod not only enables console command for survival but it also retextures the game, changes items transfer HUD, changes the pipboy map and makes the entering/exiting power armor animation different. When I disable the mod the only thing it disables is the console command but everything else stays. How can I fix this?
Is it safe to de-activate / uninstall this mod mid playthrough? It's just an .esp but I get bad feels in my jellies removing any mod aspect mid playthrough.

Edit: Found a fix, if you enable it manually in your plugins.txt it won't disable itself again.
If anyone else needs to know, the plugins.txt file is in APPDATA/Local/Fallout4
Add "*console.esp" to the end.
I swear, the hoops I jump through to play this stupid-ass game...
