Extends the borders out so far there is no point in going past them because its only water. Borders cannot be deleted it breaks the whole world.

Fallout 4 is quite a big island go explore.  

If you want to explore use TCL because if you have a really fast walk-speed such at "speedmult 10000" and go out too far you will starting loading and never stop. It seems TCL stops this issue.
