This mod changes the base damage of the .50 Cal weapon Receiver for the hunting rifle as well as for the Pipe-Bolt Rifle to make them more powerful as well as make them slightly harder to attain. On top of that, this also make the Institute laser rifles slightly more powerful than the average laser rifler because I feel they are in better condition than the wasteland rifles so they should perform slightly better.

The base .50 Cal receiver for the Hunting Rifle damage modifier was at 0.75 which has been changed to 2.00 and the base damage is boosted up to 50

The base .50 Cal receiver for the Pipe-Bolt Rifle damage modifier was at 0.75 which has been changed to 1.25

The base damage for the Institute laser weapon was 21 which has been changed to 33 to be slightly more powerful than the laser rifles you would find in the wasteland.
