This mod adds a standalone ranger desert combat armour.
"Many moons ago, I drifted in. I helped where I could and shot down those that got in the way. All I have left is this ol' rusty chest
plate and my boots. What happened to my helm, who knows? I heard there's more out there, word gets around, even when it seems there's no one left to hear it.
Until the last breath of the last one of us, if I have to, I'll charge hell with a bucket of irradiated water....
I'll try and fix up what's left of this here steel plate next place I come to. Travelled a long way to get to where I stand now,
travelled a long way ear to ear. The sun still sets, the moon still shines, that's good enough, although it all seems to go by
so much faster these days and them green storms are worsening. I don't remember them being that bad back west, maybe that ol' helm left a lasting impression on how I see things.
I'll rest up here a while and then be moving on. Maybe I'll head up coast eastward bound and see if there's news from back home. By all
accounts it don't look good. Oooh Deviled Eggs...."
The armour is abled to be modded with Ballistic Weave and also has the ability to use the lining mods like the Vault suit. Its base stats are +20 for Damage Resist, +1 Agility, Perception and Strength. +7 Energy Res, +25 Fire Res with a base weight of 4. It's for both male and females characters.
No doubt you'll find a pile of junk and craft it together under Utilities at a Chem Lab to fix up this armour. - sorry ...
Added a texture replacer for the jacket, changing it to blue rather than brown. Can be downloaded manually and with NMM. Overwrite if prompted. Back-up original texure 'Ranger_Parka_d.dds' if you wish to keep it. Also just uploaded a texture replacer for the gloves, that changes the gloves to a light tan suede.
The full set is also available to download in one .esp. That has been updated to v1.04 and includes the latest updates to Jacks Helmet.
