Once in-game, a new disease will be added to the player.  Every 3-5 minutes your character will violently break wind.  Nearby NPCs will scream and flee, a few might try to attack you.  After about 12 seconds, everything should settle down.

Do not enable this mod during the intro or things might break.  Other scripted scenes may break later in the game too.  Please use with caution.
