To have the texture show up in game, you must do the following:

1. Choose one zip file (Alec, Boris, or Carmen) and extract zip file into your Fallout 4 Data folder.
2. Go to Documents\My Games\Fallout 4 and open Fallout4.ini
3. Find sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
4. Edit to read sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
5. Save Fallout4.ini
6. The texture should now be visible in your game!
