No Shout, and other voice tweak
This will prevent player from shouting when issuing command to his/her companion. In vanilla player character will shout to his/her companion when give command like directing position, looting corpse, attacking enemy, etc if the target is far away. Might be a bit unpleasant if theres raider two feet from you. So this mod will make player issuing commands with normal voice, no shouting. Also other tweak, player wont say "There" or "Go there!" instead only saying "Here" or "Over here". Or remove the long lines like "See if he had anything worth taking" instead he/she only say short lines like "take that" or "grab that". V 1.1 remove whistle as requested, use 1.0 if you dont want that change.
