This mod is a comic book style approach to suppressors as requested by users. 

It simply changes both the detection setting for the projectile, and the firing event of the weapon with a suppressor to true silent.  You will still hear the audio of course but the detection formula will not register a shot fired or passing by.  Simply put this is the sort of silencer effect you would get out of a comic book or a bad action movie rather than a real suppressor.

Keep in mind this will not effect none sound detection systems, and will not effect the hit sound detection (when the projectile hits a thing, it makes a noise.)
