If like me you found yourself changing your volume so you could hear the Holotape voices this simple mod should help.
The game uses Effects not Voices for holotapes, which in most cases means that other effects are louder. This simply swaps the setting that the game uses from Effects to Voice, resulting in (based on your settings) louder playback.
