I think I have this balanced okay.
With the required perks, you cant come right out of the vault and make the thing.

For me, its good, decent healing after battle, and one on one light combat, but not enough to make you invincible when getting hit by multiple combatants.
A Deathclaw will still very much ruin your day,and a mob of ferals will still mess you up.

With the Rad scrubbing not being active while taking Rad's it gives you encouragement still to limit your time in hot areas, while giving you a way to bleed them off when your in safe area's

VERSION 1.5: Added the Prototype BMRM so there is an earlier option than waiting to level 25 to get it.
Damage and Energy resistance is greatly lowered due to its Prototype nature, as well as the healing and rad scrubbing.
Still haven't found a way to make the Rad scrubbing active full time so the same conditions apply, it wont remove rad's while your taking rad damage, but it will purge them once your in the clear.

VERSION 1.5pc is Compatible with Project Commonwealth as far as I am aware. I don't use Project Commonwealth so I have not tested it in game. Everything looks correct though. If something causes a mischief let me know and I will try to remedy it.

I haven't been able to make a Power Armor repair yet, I have found entries that should have done so, but so far I have not been able to get the effects to work in game and restore the armor's condition.
I am obviously doing something wrong but I have not been able to nail it down yet.
I've also been playing a lot of Fallout NV lately, and so I got a little sidetracked.

No worries, I have been messing around with creation kit as well trying to find a way to create mods for each individual piece of power armor that would perform the task, as of yet no success.

Am curious what the actual numbers are regarding HP/Rads regen, and whether it is too fast when combined with the Regen/Rad regen perks in game... :0

The Prototype gives 1 point per sec healing and half a point per sec rad scrubbing, it closely matches the Solar Powered perk.

The main BMRM gives 5 points per sec healing and 2 points per sec rad scrubbing. It is intended as an alternative to the Solar Powered perk.

The Prototype and the main BMRM does stack with the Solar Powered perk so over all they would adjust the total amount of healing and rad removal during daylight hours, from what I can tell, if you had all the ranks of Solar Powered you can add 1 point per second healing and 0.5 points per second rad regen to the stats.

One on One combat with weaker hostiles is trivialized, but like I said in the sticky post above, powerful solo enemies like a Deathclaw or Behemoth will kill you nicely and groups of hostiles still pose a serious threat to your life.
Basically as long as the incoming DPS is greater than 1 point or 5 points per second (depending on which mod you have equipped)you are going to lose health, it will extend your combat time, but you can and will reach zero HP.

The rad regen ONLY works when your NOT taking rad damage, if your in a hot zone you will get a rad build up,doesn't matter if its <1 rad or not, it wont purge until you are clear of the radiation, this includes the rad storms blowing in from the Glowing Sea.
So if your in a hot zone, the only rad regen you will have is the regen provided with the Solar powered perk, which is 0.5 per second, and then only during daylight hours.

Also if your in Power Armor this mod wont work until you dismount, since its added to your armor, and the Power Armor effect basically unequips what your wearing while your in the Power Armor.

EDIT: This may not have been enough information, or to much.
I appreciate your interest though, and if you have any more questions I will try and answer them.

Great, another mod that seeks to slowly turn the game into every other halo clone out there.
Now all we need is a 2 weapon limit and a more linear commonwealth.

I have never actually played Halo, so I have no idea what your referring to exactly, but if I mimicked something from that game it was unintended. Honestly, and don't tell the Halo guys out there, I don't like that series of game.
Never got into the story or anything. Pretty surprising to since I'm a Sci-Fi nut.

Two weapon limit sounds pretty harsh though,my character in FO4 carries no less then five at any one time,so that wouldn't work for me.
Thanks for the feedback though, all I can say is Oops.

      Halo Clone:
A video game with a 2 weapon limit, linear levels, dumbed down gameplay, regenerating health and repetitive enemies.

I love this idea, and the backstory is awesome. While I understand and even agree with the radiation regen being non-applicable while actively taking rads, it'd be cool if there's a way to translate it into an equivalent rad resistance (say, regenerating 2-3 rads per second while out of radiation, and cancelling out 2-3 rads taken per second). I understand that may take scripting that may not be possible until the CK is released, it was just an idea I had while reading your description.

    Either way, cool mod!

Well if I can find the right magic effect it would make it active full time, then it would do exactly that.

So anything under 2 rads would have no effect on you, you would take the damage but the BMRM would repair it instantly, anything greater then two rads/per sec and you would get a build up.
I just haven't found the right effect yet.
Shouldn't need the CK for that, although I may have to make a custom effect, I will look into it more.
      Either way, Thank you

Your backstory is great! I intend to use this mod for my next playthrough for RP purposes. Mods like this are simply fantastic! Looking forward to it, and thanks.

Thank You, and Your very Welcome, let me know how it works out, I really don't want this to be to strong in game, since I tested it on myself and my current character is level 50 on Very Hard difficulty it feels balanced for my level.
I want it to be an Aid, but not a overpowered "cheat".
So having input from a beginning character would be great

Thank you While creating buildings has never been my forte I will see what I can do once the GECK (or whatever they are going to call it) comes out.

Maybe make a warehouse that has a few of the BMRM's already crafted stored there.
I make no promises on it being companion friendly though LOL me and Nav meshes don't get along, might have to park them outside while you loot the place
