Adds three new cages to the wasteland workshop DLC

Synth Cage - Will spawn random synths, Like the gunners / raiders you can not tame them
Triggerman Cage - Will spawn random triggerman, Like the gunners / raiders you can not tame them
Boss Cages - Will spawn random bosses, Like the gunners / raiders you can not tame them
