About this mod
Adds a generic, not unique model/texture of the Deliverer, rechambered in .38, larger magazine, to level list that looks like 1960's era Chi-com Makarov knockoff Officer pistols.

It's strange that the deliverer is a unique weapon without there being a generic, less powerful base. This mod creates one and adds it to the leveled lists so NPCs like vendors will sometimes stock them, raiders will drop them, and some pre-war safes will have them. It also makes use .38 ammo which you probably already have ~3000+ rounds of anyway.
Mod Features:
Lower damage
Slightly higher AP cost (Vanilla is ridiculous)
Much higher rate of fire (like a makarov)
Added to leveled lists
New Texture courtesy of cat_woman1989
Will produce better criticals.
Future plans:
Currently have a .esp I'm working on to dual wield these but I need to make animations for it
