Changes the XP gain sound in Fallout 4 to a one very similar to Fallout 3's

This is not the exact file or sound from Fallout 3 but, is one very similar from a free online sound bank found below.

I also slightly amplified it because it seemed to quiet in game at first.

To install: 
1. Open your Documents\My Games\Fallout 4\Fallout4.ini in text editor.
2. Go to the [Archive] section and add ", sound" (without quotes) to the end of "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\".
3. Unpack the archive in to your Fallout 4 Data folder. (\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data).
4. File structure should be this when done- \Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout 4\Data\sound\fx\ui\ui_experience_up.wav
