Allows clothing items to spawn as as legendary loot.

Description
Adds all vanilla clothing items to the allowed legendary loot lists.
However, for it to work you have to use it with a mod that adds the legendary mod slot to clothing such as:
Requirements
Requires Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource (AWKCR), because in vanilla, most of the clothing items don't have the needed keywords.
Notes
IMPORTANT: Don't use this with my Automatron DLC Legendary Drops mod, they conflict (in that they both edit the same levelled list), I've uploaded an optional file to that mod that includes this one.
