    Cool mod but I don't want to have to turn dogmeat into a fuckin bot just to make him use the armor.

    not sure why but when i install both the dogmetal replacer and the standalone dogs, dogmeat doesnt become dogmetal at all and stays a regular dog

      I am having the same issue. Wished it were easier to find the mod author and ask for help.

     My robodogs can attack now. Check:
    In Creation kit (active that mod) I found all 3 dogbots(in Filter write "dogbot") - 007,117,667, then, each of them i go to "edit" - next, there in tab "Templates", I removed Flag from "Use Attack data" and "Use stats"(but stats i dont think is important). You should remove that flag in templates of each robodog. Save and its done! Your robodogs attack and its f**king incredible=). I hope it helps people who love this mod. Finally, by removing this Marks, I'm not sure that something in the game can be go wrong, but in my game is all right.

    Привет, Народ, если вдруг искали решение проблемы с атакой робопсов, то продублирую вам на Нашем. Чтобы исправить проблему, нужен Creation kit. В нем сделайте мод активным(Set as an Active) и нажмите Ок. Дальше в фильтре поиска забейте "dogbot", и в списке вам выпадут все трое. Дважды (ЛКМ) щелкните по-первому(или через ПКМ выберите Edit) - 007, там зайдите во вкладку "Templates", или шаблоны. Я хз что мутил автор, но, создавая псов, он использовал дополнение Автоматрон. А в качестве шаблона он использовал "Верстак для создания роботов" (Ааа сложна). Но в принципе не в этом суть. Далее в этой вкладке "Templates" снимаем галочки с "Use Attack data", ну и если хотите с "Use stats"( Я снял чтобы немного статы псам пофиксить). После этого слева от галочек в строчках должно появится "NONE". Нажимаем внизу ОК. Далее проделываем тоже самое еще с двумя псами. Потом все сохраняем. Всё, псы научились рвать и метать, теперь у вас своя личная Стая))). Возможно, из-за того, что мы сняли галки и будет какая-то проблема, но я таковую пока не встречал, чего и вам желаю.
    Собственно на этом вроде всё. Если прям у вас всё плохо, могу залить свой отредактированный .esp файл на гугл диск, и кинуть сюда ссылку, просто ответьте на этот коммент. Надеюсь вам помогло!

    Thanks to prival2003 for giving the fixing clue. I did try to use the creation kit but it had fits, however I saw the detail he left out.

    The problem is Default Template. It is linked to DLC01LCharCompWorkbenchBot [LVLN:0101107A] which isn't even a dog.
    Switch that to dogmeat "Dog" [NPC_:0001D15C] and everything is fine.

    This is directions for FOEdit. It's right under the factions List.

      Man, please, i'm not so much of expert on codes an all, could u please make a map to it, can be just with tips of the way dochange all this things
      My dogs also dont have any king of animation, just the look and the head moving lol

    howdy, do you know if i am able to revert Dogmetals' name? thanks to the main quests he's been renamed to Dogmeat, and i'd much rather go back to Dogmetal.

    I Think my Dogbot is Dead... I was Fighting the Deathclaw at the start of The game and i have No Robot Repair Kits, I think it was Downed and i cant find it anywhere now...
