Only his hood and outfit was in his inventory, but some parts of his X-01 Power armor has the lightyear texture. I just use the resurrect command on him and he's Buzz again. Thanks for the help!
Damn i have been looking for a dome like this for a personal project i have been working on! Please tell me the helmet itself is a seperate item that i can console nab???
It is, but it's technically a Power Armor helmet. If you want to use/modify it for something, it's just an edited Nuka World asset, so go ahead. All I ask is a credit, but even that's optional.
It's xx001741, with xx of course being the plugin ID. It's marked as non-playable though, so if you intend to wear it yourself, you'll need to use the equipitem command as well.
Is it possible to make this helmet playable so that is obtainable and usable in game like any other power armor helmet. I like the fact that you can wear a helmet and still see your character's face. I am sure others would agree. Or in fact the whole armor set for people who don't play BoS, but want to use the armor themselves without replacing every set in the game with it. Trashlizards replacer is cool and all, but I don't really want to see it everywhere. If not no worries, but I thought I'd share that I'd be very interested, just on the off chance.
I don't actually have Fo4 and its Creation Kit installed at the moment due to lack of hard drive space, but next time I come back to it, I'll look into making an update that'll let the player acquire a wearable set. In the meantime though, you can just untick the non-playable flag on each piece in xEdit and then add a copy with the console.

Edit: I figured it out, however unfortunately when I enter the frame it reverts to the regular frame texture instead of the new buzz one, then reapplies it when I exit. I know this wasn't intended anyway so I'll understand if it just doesn't work, but thought I may as well ask if you have any idea what causes this or what I could try? I don't really know xEdit. Could you make a version of this mod with the Nuka Girl Helmet? I hate the shape of the dome here and having the Nuka Girl Helmet as a custom power Armor Helmet for would be the better option for the dome.
And I don't mean one that's the size of the dome you made, just one that's the default size of the Nuka Girl Helmet and slots in well with the Power Armor neck opening.
That actually is the Nuka Girl helmet mesh. It's already been adjusted to fit with Outfit Studio as best as it will without actually remodeling it, which is something I can't really do. If it bothers you that much, you can use Version 2.0 which doesn't have it.
Sorry. Maybe if I can ever get my hands on a modeling program that supports Fallout 4's Nif exporter, but last I checked, none of the free ones did.
It's fine man what I meant by the helmet was the entire helmet and not just the glass dome.
If you decided to make a new version of the mod then I think making a purple standalone version of the helmet as a regular armor piece would do just fine as well but...but I'll leave that up to you to decided and I'm not one to force the hands of others.
only the hood gloves and shooes are painted, after reserrect danse several times, still dont work. did i need to instal the main mod by trashlizard or not ? if yes what version and if not what can i do ?
i dont have to, after restarting the game and resurrect danse several time it finally work ! except this inconvenience, its a very good alternative for the original mod, endorse and like both !
Could you make the helmet purple, and give Paladin Danse a unique retextured version of the Brotherhood of Steel uniform?, If not could could you see if the creator you got this from to do it for you?
He should already have a retextured BoS uniform. And I'd like to change the helmet, but I'm not entirely sure where in the quest or scripts the helmet he gets given at the start of the Call to Arms quest. I guess I could just add a new one to his inventory, but... I'd rather get a unique bubble helmet mesh. Actually now that I think about it, Nuka-World had a helmet like that for the Nuka-Girl rocketsuit. Let me look into that when I get home next week and I'll see what I can do.
