Hello folks!
Inspired as I have been by the gorgeous PC's knocking about already on the Nexus, I've created my own offering (what follows is my own headcanon):
Ava is a war veteran - ex-sniper and covert operative - and met her husband on the front lines. Convinced to hang up her rifle, she soon fell pregnant with their son - and they've slowly made the transition from war to domesticity with the help of a relic of her life before the Military: her Law degree. Old habits die hard, though, and when the events of Vault 111 occur she is quick to return to the mindset of the battlefield in order to survive the Commonwealth.
In the file is her Sanctuary save file - pre-vault - and a series of screenshots to tell you which features I chose and their opacities. If anybody wants it I'll also upload a file at the end of Vault 111.
I hope you all like her, and feel free to alter/change whatever you like - just show me what you did, because I'd love to see your own versions of her!
Note: I am using Jester's Vibrant Eyes and the Ultra Realistic CiNE FX 1.2 Reshade preset.
UPDATE 18/11/2015: I have now added a save which will load at the Elevator out of Vault 111. Final face changes and S.P.E.C.I.A.L. changes can still be made.
