Expands settlement borders north-south and east-west as well as height with special attention to include areas near settlements that are of interest

Donations
There are some expanded settlement mods but they tend to push the game too hard and cause issues because they leak from one worldspace cell into another which uses up a lot of memory. This mod works with cells with an importance placed not just one the size of settlements but to include nearby areas that have good scrap or places of interest. It's also frustrating to have settlements that are so close to having water, but don't. 

Other mods seek to just increase the volume of the settlement cube without regard to location.

1. Sanctuary Hills

6. Grey Garden
-Greatly expanded to include more east-west so that you can build a lot more on the overpass both top and bottom as well as the house at Grey Garden.

7. Jamaica Plain 
-Whole Town
-Settlement at University Point  (Caution can spawn enemies in that area so be sure to lock it down with turrets)
-Open water access

8. Somerville Place
Expanded to include the bunker to the south
-Open Water Access

9. Nordhagen Beach
- Expanded to adjoint Easy City Downs
- If you use a workshop bell you can call settlers to participate in my settlement "Easy living Downs" Available on nexus

10. Croup Manor
Encompasses most of the whole Island from the border with Libertalia to The Nahant Oceanographic Institute.
-Open water access.

11. Hangman's Alley

Now most of the surrounding block of Hangman's Alley, including many of the open buildings to the south, a distressed building to the north, a drugstore on the corner , and the tunnel below provides access to water.

- Can now be an artillery base to expand your range into Western Boston.

12. Egret Tours Marina
- Now includes Coast Guard Pier (Caution can spawn enemies in that area so be sure to lock it down with turrets)

13. Finch Farm
You can now build your own haphazard bridge all the way to Hub City Auto Wreckers, and scrap stuff in there. (Caution can spawn enemies in that area so be sure to lock it down with turrets)

14. The Slog
Now includes the nearby Diner and the diving boards

15. Outpost Zimonja
-You can now occupy the nearby overpass and the buildings under them

You should download both "Cell Reset workaround patch" and "buildable power armor frames" to avoid the cell reset bug that comes with mods that change cells.
