This fix is included in the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch, which you should probably use instead. If for some reason you don't want to use the Unofficial Patch, I'll leave this here for you.
This tiny mod corrects the improper weight on the Combat Armor Right Leg, lowering it from 4 the the intended 2. That's it.
If anyone notices any similar stat bugs, just let me know and I'll see if I can add a fix for them too.

This mod will conflict with anything that edits the Combat Armor Right Leg armor item. Otherwise, no issues.

Requirements:
- A working copy of Fallout 4
- The ability to install mods
Installation:
Nexus Mod Manager (NMM)-
- Select "Download with Manager" and NMM should open.
- Go to the "Mods" tab if not there already, select 'Combat Armor Weight Fix' and press activate.
- Go to the "Plugins" tab and make sure 'Combat Armor Weight Fix.esp' is activated.
- Start game and enjoy.
Manual-
- Extract the contents of the 'Combat Armor Weight Fix.zip' to your Fallout 4 Data directory (usually C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout 4\data\).
- Active mod using you preferred method (plugins.txt, mod manager, etc.).
- Start game and enjoy.

- Launch NMM and select the "Mods" tab.
- Select 'Combat Armor Weight Fix' and press "Deactivate".
- All done.
Manual-
- Delete the 'Combat Armor Weight Fix.esp' from Data.
- All done.
