The mod simply changes the Perk name 'Idiot Savant' to 'Fool's Fortune'.
I never quite cared for the usage of 'Idiot Savant' as the name since savant syndrome doesn't really have anything to do with being lucky, and savants can be incredibly intelligent individuals. I think 'Fool's Fortune' makes much more sense in regards to the Special category AND the Intelligence hook.
