Simple replacer for the Idiot Savant perk to require lower Strength rather than Intelligence.

Hey guys, first mod from me, learning the basics, made this for my personal play through, I love the idiot savant perk but low INT can be a hassle for some archetypes so I changed the INT requirement to STR. Works on my game but let me know if something goes awry, would also love some feedback on my first attempt at a mod. Cheers
INSTALLATION:
Simply use the Download with Manager option and let NMM do the rest.
OR
Extract zip into Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data
P.S, I'm no good with art and whatnot so if anyone wants to come up with a vault boy/girl .swf to replace the original perk proc image get in touch and I'll credit you. :)
