This mod has been consistently working for me since I downloaded it the first time in 2016 (I've changed computers three times since then). I'd try reinstalling the mod and if that doesn't work downloading the file again (sometimes Nexus files get corrupted along the way).
Only thing I say kinda sucks and this isn't even your mods fault is that I have a mod that has its own flip lighter which has a hammer and sickle on it and I can't use it for smoking and have to use the ones from the mod. Not your mods fault, just something I was like "Daymit" about. Otherwise, I love the mod. Adds a little bit more flavor (hhhhhhhHA) to the game.

It's annoying when going over to a workbench and transferring all of my Junk to the bench only to then have to grab all of the Cigarettes out again.
