About this mod

This Mod contains many various changes to existing perks in the game to complement the upcoming Survival mode Overhaul Bethesda is releasing. There is nothing really changed too drastically. Changed perks will still feel familiar while increasing game difficulty and adding new beneficial reasons to get some perks that may never have been taken.

Permissions and credits
Strength Changes:
Strong Back rank 4 - Removed fast travel while overencumbered and changed it to "Sprinting Actions cost 35% fewer Action Points."

Rooted rank 3 - Added "While standing still, enemies will stagger you less often" to what was already given with rank 3

Perception Changes:
Awareness now requires 1 perception instead of 3

Pickpocket now requires 2 perception instead of 1

Rifleman now requires 3 perception instead of 2

Locksmith now requires rank 1 to pick Novice locks, rank 2 for Advanced, rank 3 for Expert, and rank 4 for Master. Removed old rank 4 ability.

Night Person rank 2 now grants +2 additional perception rather than +1 per and +1 int and removed Night Vision.
Night Person rank 3 was added and grants permanent recon sight tracking with all guns and sights.

Sniper rank 2 enemy 15% knock down chance was changed to 15% chance to stagger the enemy.

Endurance Changes:
Chem Resistant rank 1 was changed to a 35% chance to resist chem addiction and rank 2 brings the total resist chance to 75%.

Aquaboy/girl rank 1 was changed to grant a 35% water radiation resistance and retained the ability to breathe underwater.
Aquaboy/girl rank 2 brings the total resistance to 75% and retained the totally undetectable while submerged ability.
Aquaboy/girl rank 3 was added and now grants "Sprinting Actions cost 30% fewer Action Points."

Rad Resistant had 2 more ranks added bringing the total to 5 from 3. Increasing radiation resistance an additional +10 per rank.

Adamantium Skeleton rank 1 now reduces limb damage by 25%, rank 2 is 50% and rank 3 is now 75%.

Charisma Changes:
Partyboy/girl rank 1 has been changed and now Any alcohol you drink now lasts 50% longer and you are 15% less likely to get addicted.
Partyboy/girl rank 2 has been changed and now Any alcohol you drink now lasts 100% longer and you are 30% less likely to get addicted.
Partyboy/girl rank 3 has been changed and now Any alcohol you drink now lasts 150% longer and you are 45% less likely to get addicted.
Partyboy/girl rank 4 has been changed and now Any alcohol you drink now lasts 200% longer and you are 75% less likely to get addicted.
Partyboy/girl rank 5 now grants the double alcohol effects bonus.

Intelligence Changes:
Scrapper was swapped with Medic and now requires only 2 Intelligence to purchase.

Hacker now requires rank 1 to pick Novice terminals, rank 2 for Advanced, rank 3 for Expert, and rank 4 for Master. Removed old rank 4 ability.

Medic was swapped with scrapper and now requires 5 Intelligence to purchase.
Medic rank 1 was left alone.
Medic rank 2 Stimpaks now restore 50% of lost Health, and RadAway now removes 50% of radiation.
Medic rank 3 Stimpaks now restore 60% of lost Health, and RadAway now removes 60% of radiation.
Medic rank 4 Stimpaks now restore 75% of lost Health, and RadAway now removes 75% of radiation.
Medic rank 5 was added and allows Stimpaks and RadAway to restore health and radiation twice as fast.

Agility Changes:
Quick Hands was moved and now requires 1 Agility to purchase instead of 8 and all other Agility perks were moved down 1 to compensate.

Moving Target rank 3 was changed from "Sprinting Actions cost 50% fewer Action Points" to 35%.

Luck Changes:
Bloody Mess - Removed the "bloody mess" effect as it is ridiculous and probably caused many players including myself to stray away from a perk that would be otherwise beneficial to take for the extra damage it grants.

Bloody Mess rank 4 added 5% more damage bringing the total to 20% and removed the explosion effect.

Radaway - Fixed RadAway so it no longer gains massively increased radiation healing from the perk Chemist. It now is only affected by the +5% Magazine below and the ranks of Medic maxing at 75% which is -750 rads. And I believe -787 rads if you have the Magazine.

Medicine Bobblehead - Fixed & tested to properly add the 10% Stimpack healing with the new way Medic is set up.

Live & Love Magazine #5 Talk Yourself Sober - Changed to "Permanently gain +1 Charisma from alcohol when traveling with a companion."

Astoundingly Awesome Magazine #11 Rise of the Radiated - RadAway heals +5% radiation damage. Tested and works properly adding 5% to RadAway.

If for some reason you have any trouble with a perk not working properly after installing this, for instance, if you had taken a perk in the Agility tree but only had enough Agility to get to that perk you will likely need one more point of Agility to get that perk now, or if you had the perk Cannibal and download the main file which replaces Cannibal with Antidote and you don't want Antidote I would recommend first resetting all of your perks with this mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10816/?) before you install my mod and refunding all of your perks and special stats and then save your game. Then you can install my mod and choose what you want.

I did spent a long time working on these changes in anticipation of the upcoming Survival Mode Overhaul Bethesda is releasing.
