Instalaltion:
Simply install with Nexus Mod Manager.
Or
After download just extract the Data folder into your Fallout 4 folder.
Also:
Change the following line in Fallout4.ini located in "C:\Users\[Your Username]\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\" if you haven't done so already:
"sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\"
To this:
"sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, SOUND\,"
