Want to feel a little stronger in meele combat but not totaly OP? Tyler's knuckles are the Wastelanders prime choice.

Sends your enemies flying but just a little like in the movies.
Also the first hit or two may be a regular punch and you have the chance to send your enemie flying more then once.
And no clapping sound
