Fixes the issue with lens flares disappearing from the use of Power Armor headlamps and the Mining Helmet. You do not need this if you are using my "Pip-Boy Flashlight" mod (it's included).

Created a new lens flare record and assigned power armors to use it.
Do not use this with Pip-Boy Flashlight. This fix is already included in that mod.
In Fallout 4 there is a bug that occurs when you use the mining/power armor lamp. Once you turn off your headlamp all flares from small light sources become disabled. Up until now the only fix was to restart your game. However, as soon as you use your lamp again the same bug will surface forcing you to reload your game ad nauseum...
The reason this occurs is due to an engine limitation. As it turns out, your power armor flare is shared with all other spotlight flares. This means every time you turn off your power armor lamp you lose all spotlight lens flares as well.
To fix this, I created a new lens flare and assigned it to power armors. Now you can freely use your power armor headlamp and mining helmets without negative consequence!
