OPMINIGUN DAMAGE 200 INSTEAD OF A CRAPPY 8 LOL (THIS IS MY FIRST EVER MOD.....)

my first ever mod i simply changed the vanilla mini gun's defaut 8 damage to 200damage also done this for the combat rifle too.
(update version) Now also avalible minigun damage lowered to 50 but is to work with heavygunner perk, I modded heavygunner 60% to 120% to increase the OP minigun mk2 (50 damage)version as other modders told me the mk1 was flawed cus some enemys use the mini gun also and would have the OP damage hopefully this is now set to just the player now and not enemys.with this mod the minigun has now around 100damage but is still OP.
