About this mod

This expansion adds enough space to build one or more purifier, depending on how you fortify your settlement and it adds some nice ground to plant crops.

I made this completly new, after some people, mainly clinster74 and gentester were asking for it, because the first version wasn't good enough to go public.

This expansion isn't ridiculous large, but it adds enough space to plant crops and to put one or more purifier, depending on how you will line up your defence - the road on the eastside, near the church, is still wide enough for anything to pass and the buildin-zone is NOT reaching up to the church, so you can't accidentially remove it.

Same goes for the foundations of the city hall, which had been the main problem at first, but now it works.

To make use of the maximum space added, like shown on one of the pictures by the red lines,  you will have to either fiddle around till everything fits, or you have to use a mod like "Precice object placement" or the "markfordelete" console command.

Keep in mind that there are several "nests" around Jamaica Plains and that you might drag the attention of respawning raiders or ghouls, if you go for the maximum - that's the second reason why I didn't make it bigger, the first being, that it now is big enough.

Attention: It seems like that Bugthesda has made some undocumented changes to some of the settlements with update 1.6.x, so that the changes, I am providing with this mod, might not be active or resulting in smaller zones.

The changes are, that they turned the settlement into a cell of it's own AND relocated the center, being able to cope better with the events surrounding this settlement - the downside is, that it will take a lot of time to fix this and that I actually don't have enough time.

Thanks to bill8872 , I can provide you with a solution for the "shrunken build area"-issue.
Like he was stating in the bugs section: open the console and type in "resetquest patch_1_6" , without the quotes, and you should be able to use the whole area again - I have tested it with Jamaica Plains and my expansion was back in full effect !
