These are MESG records that can be used to name an NPC/ settler. For settlers, they seem to come up when that person is talking in the subtitles.

This is a list of 260 MESG records that should allow you to use the console to rename settlers to feminine names. As tested, it also works on renaming other characters. Some NPCs might not show the new MESG record or it might not show in subtitles. Provisioners seem to be stuck.
To use this, In the console -
help a 4 MESG
(click on the NPC to rename)
setactorfullname refID (ID of the name you like)
If the name you want to use does not have an "a" use a letter that is in the name you want. Or use three letters of a name that is on the list.
The name list is here, so far only the first 260 names are in the esp file.
