The original rebel outfit author have deleted his mod from the nexus, because some thives haven stolen his mod, by uploading it on other web site without permission.
Now here the result of this, and the moral :
If you want to find the rebel outfit original files, go to the thieves web site and download it ... (google is your friend)
It's too bad we get punished for something some other jerk did, loved lordofwar's outfit, it feels wrong having to download it from the thief's page.. oh well..
Yeah ^^, you don't have to feel "wrong" about. You like the rebel outfit, so you can still find it, get it, thanks the thieves (because now it is the only way to get the mod) ... and enjoy it (as a player who do know who is the original creator).
Just as a heads up I have found that every time I try to download it from the "thieves" website the file is piggybacked by a virus. So I don't really recommend this.
This is true. When I downloaded the file, Malware Bytes blocked off something. Not entirely sure how safe the actual download is, and I'd advise caution for anyone downloading/using it.
Still, don't know why LordOfWar redacted his upload here because it's too late to prevent thieving now anyway. There's a report abuse button to most downloads if you're the original author.
Lordofwar is Right in doing this but the least he could is just upload to a file storage site and Give the link to people he trusts. But A Small part of me is Angry his reaction is "A few people act like dicks with my stuff so I'm gonna punish all the community and my Fans by removing my skins." so the mod owner god his mod stolen and like any bratty child took his ball and went home? that does nothing but hurt his fans and is spitefull in all the wrong ways and feels very petty and i dare say childish of modders doing that because of 1 asshat. people steal mods/games all the time the vast majority will know the original modder anyways so its a bit pointless to fret about the thieves, doesnt excuse their actions but this also doesnt excuse the modders actions either. wrongs were done on both sides.
First off : who are to decide how he should feel about his work getting stolen? He has all the rights to take it down. Hell, even if it's not stolen he can take it down whenever he wants.
For one simple reason : it is his mod. You are only allowed to use it because he lets you. There is no Nexus law, international law or any other law at all that lets you the user lay any claim on his shared work. He has the sole rights to his work to do with it as he pleases.
So if one day he decides to take it down you lose the privilege to use it, simple as that. If you disagree, tough luck, find another armor to play with. You can whine all you want, luckily you have no say in his decision.
Oh, and before you blow your sock off again, his mod is back on the Nexus. But a fan of his work such as yourself already knows this , right ?
Bratty child? No, the mod author continues to make badass amazing mods, like the mercenary pack which has the rebel outfit included into it! Everyone's complaints on here are null and void and certain mouths should be put in check because he is distributing the Rebel outfit in that mod, currently, because he is the owner, and he can do whatever he likes with HIS content. He is still sharing it, improving it, etc. no thanks to the countless whiners.
I guess you'd think that it wouldn't be needed but apparently it is: Here's a fun fact: Without public original access to the Rebel outfit mod, the forum, the re-texture mod itself, the posts, the files, the bug reports, they are all... completely useless... followed by . So, while you boys sit here bickering about this and that, just know that what you are achieving is the same thing as this: 00000. Now with respect to the ORIGINAL OWNER of the Rebel Outfit Mod, I appreciate the dissatisfaction that you may have experienced based on the assumed fact that some not worth the garbage in the dumpsters behind the back alley of the nearest sex club piece of s stole your mod at some point but he's probably sitting here reading this laughing while all of the fans of this mod suffer. I've brought this up before and the level of respect provided to this point I am making is irrelevant against the fact: that A) it is now the fans of the mod who are suffering because of someone else's mis-deeds, and B) as this re-texture mod is useless it should either be removed, or, the author of the re-texture mod should make a deal with the owner of the original mod itself to have it provided to those who still wish to use it from where it was originally created and intended for use in the first place. Thanks, that's all I have to say.

The rebel is back in the mercenary mod just uploaded by the original author! I have been using this retex since it came out but I just noticed there is no retex for the female version are you gonna make it soon?
