I just make a quest for perk magazines
once u found ur 1st magazine in ur old home in Sanctuary hills (or any another issue) u will get the quest to get list of all saved from war Grognak the Barbarian! issues
this list have 3% drop chance from any supermutants
once u obtain this list (which contain text w

what is this:

once u found ur 1st magazine in ur old home in Sanctuary hills (or any another issue) u will get the quest to get list of all saved from war Grognak the Barbarian! issues
this list have 3% drop chance from any supermutants
once u obtain this list (which contain text with all saved issues locations) u will get quest chain with map markers to find step by step all Grognak issues from #1 to #10
also i put tags here for VIS support

add rewards for quest (permanent +1 STR, upgrade for Grognak's Axe based on Kremvh's Tooth)
now u need read books to count (not change container like early)
how to install:
best:
use FOMOD installer (NMM or MO2)
manual:
copy content from language folder and shared folder to ur Fallout4 folder and enable ESP in plugin list

- make good reward (may be perk) for all issues collected
- make quests for another magazines (and bobbleheads)
- replace all magazines default positions (stop watching wiki page to collect all!)
- make translations with ur help
