This mod will not work in its current form due to the fact that if you follow the instructions you will have an issue with the hair. The ponytail mad and hair mod have been combined by their author and no longer two files. THIS mod has not been updated to reflect that.
I'm not seeing ANY file on the nexus named "more hairstyles by azar" and i'm receiving a missing masters error of "MISCHAIRSTYLE.ESP" which I'm presuming is from this non existent mod. Does anyone have information that could resolve this for me?

I know why it says "The Eyes Of Beauty" is missing! It's because you have spaces in the name! the file is "TheEyesOfBeauty.esp".
My game would CTD when I had your mod enabled, I renamed the file with spaces, the file now reads "The Eyes Of Beauty.esp". and it was now running, but the body doesn't seem to match the pictures, looks generic. I installed BodySlide and CBBE and Oni face, Not sure how to get it working.
Side note; the hair is not showing up properly, looks like a bald-cap with hair texture...
Thats strange, the thing wirh the spaces. Never had that happen before.
The hair is crocs hair mod, it is listex in the requierd files. You got to activate the .esp for it to work.
Bodyslide is a bit tricky at first, but there are some nice videos on youtube, that explain the usage. Once you know how to use it, you will love it...
I got it all working, except in NNM, in your mod says "The Eyes Of Beauty.esp is disabled." instead of not found (which allows the game to run instead of CTD). TheEyesOfBeauty.esp is working separately from your mod, so I just used ShowLooksMenu then selected the eyes I wanted from the mod.
I realised I had missed the step about adding binvalidate1 to the fallout4.ini. (I had added it to the fallout4custom.ini). And I have Crocs hair mod, and it was enabled. Changing the .ini file caused the hair and body to be visible in game.
I always liked Ellen Page. You did a great job capturing her face. (I did like you said and brought out the lower face a bit and it looks great.) I'll add a few pictures of how I have her set.

One of my absolute favorite faces on nexus... I just made tbe eyes a little bit bigger...
Face Ripper http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3878/ use the non-mods save, transfer face to an .esp or savegame file. then change hair and eyes through character menu in-game.
personally i add masters to an esp (with fo4edit) which contains the npc i transfer the face to, and it works seamlessly, also face ripper changes faces of npc's like curie etc which you can't change in-game, but requires a plugin (esp) to inject it into. otherwise the top solution i mentioned is the safest and easiest.
EDIT: I uploaded a face preset of her with vanilla hair. That should solve the hair trouble ;-)
Hm. I think then I pointed you in the wrong direction. It's the more hairstyles mod by azar then, the old version when Ponytails and more hairstyles were two different files... It's still avilible, but I think about uploading her again with vanilla hair to get around all hairtroubles. That is true for the updated version.
The frist version uses the Crocodile Hairstyle by NeonQueen, the style is calles sporty.
But I guess a vanilla hair version would be the best alternative
