Manual installation:

Add the following lines under [Archive] in Documents\my games\Fallout4\Fallout4Custom.ini:

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=

Drop contents of .zip into Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\Common\Fallout4\Data

Manual uninstallation:

Delete Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\textures\clothes\tshirtslacks\tshirtslacksprewar_d.dds and Fallout will revert to the vanilla texture.

To add this outfit to your inventory:

Type ~ to activate console, enter "player.additem 0014b019 1" and ~ again to exit console.
