In Fallout 3 and Fallout new vegas - Med-X gaved a 25% damage resistance to both ballistic and energy weapons. In fallout 4 it gives damage resistance to only ballistic weapons for some reason. Not sure if that was intended by Bethesda but here is a fix for it. =)
Update 1.2 - I added 250% Poison Resistance to Med-x (it was in the vanilla game but i either removed it by accident or it was added in a update by bethesda). I've also increased the Damage and Energy Resistance to 50+ for med-x in the optional file "patch galore" to balance out the loss of damage resistance to psycho from my other mod "Psycho Patch".
