UPDATE!! Now his armor has jetpack, Sprint enchaners of speed and AP consumption, icreased unarmed damage and tesla knuckles and perception
enhancers and bright headlight. Once GECK is here I'll give him a gatling laser probably.
UPDATE!! Now made with beta Creation Kit. Modifies XO1 set F, so if anything does something to that asset there might be conflicts...best I could do so far. Still no idea how to arm Kellogg with a gatling laser.
