About this mod

A save file with added perks and S.P.E.C.I.A.L. points related to being a ninja with room for advancement during play-through. Begins after exiting initial vault. An optional second file exists saved just before the final chance to customize appearance and stats without anything added. Text files are also included to add with the console command. (

Permissions and credits
Uematsu Akira - Ninja: Fled Japan leaving his sordid past behind to live in peace and anonymity in America - or so he thought.

Notes:

Codsworth can say Akira but not Uematsu. In Japanese form, the family name is put first and so it is with the pre-built save Uematsu Akira The save that lets you customize appearance has the names in western fashion: Akira Uematsu. 

I have found changing stat points before finalizing the character can blow up the game when/after the final edit so the pre-built save begins after he has left the vault but is still in the area. I did not explore the vault so feel free to do so if you wish. To use the build in the customization enabled save follow the instructions contained within the zip file.

It may seem, from the long list of perks below, that this character build is too overpowered but you can still die on normal if you get careless (early on at least - have not played this build past the initial first large encounter).

The idea is that Akira has developed certain skills in his past and so is a bit better suited for the wasteland. Some perks are what I call "superficial flavouring" as I can't see anyone picking them for the sake of their utility. Some are utility based but you could easily live without them as well. Some are definitely empowering - i left those at lvl 1 - but I believe they are not overly so and if it comes to that, there is always raising the difficulty setting in the menu. I debated adding pistol proficiency but left it out because I hoped this may lead RPers into fighting with melee or unarmed for the first bit. 

I did not add key difficulty breaking things like tons hp or resistances, super-carry capacity, etc. I created text files to be run with the console to add inv space, crafting mats and ammo - if you so choose.

Perks:
Iron Fist 4/5 - Channel your chi to unleash devastating fury!
  LVL 1 Punching attacks do 20% more damage to your opponent
  LVL 2 Punching attacks now do 40% more damage and can disarm your opponent
  LVL 3 Punching attacks now do 60% more damage. Unarmed Power Attacks have a chance to cripple one of your opponent's limbs.
  LVL 4 Punching attacks now do 80% more damage. Unarmed Power Attacks have an increased chance to cripple one of your opponent's limbs.

Big League 2/5 - Swing for the fences!
  LVL 1 Do 20% more melee weapon damage. 
  LVL 2 You now do 40% more melee weapon damage and gain a chance to disarm your opponent.

Steady Aim 2/2 - Stay on target!
  LVL 1 Hip-fire accuracy is improved when firing any gun.
  LVL 2 Hip-fire accuracy is improved even more when firing any gun.

Pickpocket 2/4 - Your quick hands and sticky fingers make picking pockets easier.
  LVL 1 Picking pockets is now 25% easier. 
  LVL 2 Picking pockets is now 50% easier. You can place a live grenade in a person's inventory.

Awareness 1/1 - To defeat your enemies, know their weaknesses!
  LVL 1 You can view a target's specific damage resistances in V.A.T.S.

Locksmith 2/4 - Your nimble fingers allow you to pick locks.
  LVL 1 You can pick Advanced locks.
  LVL 2 You can pick Expert locks.

Night Person 1/2 - You are a creature of the night!
  LVL 1 Gain +2 to Intelligence and Perception between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Sniper 1/3 - It's all about focus.
  LVL 1 You have improved control and can hold your breath longer when aiming with scopes.

Aqua Boy 2/2 - Water is your ally.
  LVL 1 You no longer take radiation damage from swimming, and can breathe underwater. 
  LVL 2 You become totally undetectable while submerged.

Lone Wanderer 1/3 - Who needs friends, anyway?
  LVL 1 When adventuring without a companion, you take 15% less damage and carry weight increases by 50.

Attack Dog 1/3 - Your faithful canine companion's part ninja!
  LVL 1 Your dog can hold an enemy, giving you a greater chance to hit them in V.A.T.S.

Hacker 2/4 - You have knowledge of cutting-edge computer encryption.
  LVL 1 You can hack Advanced terminals. 
  LVL 2 You can hack Expert terminals.

Scrapper 2/2 - Waste not, want not!
  LVL 1 You can salvage uncommon components like screws, aluminum, and copper when scrapping weapons and armor.
  LVL 2 You can salvage rare components like circuitry, nuclear material, and fiber optics when scrapping weapons and armor. Items with favorited
           components are highlighted.

Sneak 3/5 - Become whisper, become shadow.
  LVL 1 You are 20% harder to detect while sneaking.
  LVL 2 You are now 30% harder to detect while sneaking, and no longer trigger floor-based traps.
  LVL 3 You are now 40% harder to detect while sneaking, and no longer trigger enemy mines.

Mister Sandman 1/3 - You are an agent of death.
  LVL 1 You can instantly kill a sleeping person. Your silenced weapons do an additional 15% sneak attack damage.

Moving Target 1/3 - They can't hurt what they can't hit!
  LVL 1 Get 25+ Damage Resistance and 25+ Energy Resistance when you're sprinting.

Ninja 1/3 - The past you thought you left behind.
  LVL 1 Trained as a shadow warrior, your ranged sneak attack do 2.5x normal damage and your melee attacks do 4x normal damage. 

Quick Hands 1/2 - In combat, there's no time to hesitate. You can reload all guns faster.

Blitz 1/2 - Find the gap and make the tackle!
  LVL1 V.A.T.S. melee distance is increased significantly.

Gun Fu 1/3 - You've learned to apply ancient martial arts to gunplay!
  LVL 1 Do 25% more damage to your second V.A.T.S. target and beyond.

Fortune Finder 2/4 - Your honed senses help you notice things others would miss.
  LVL 1 You find more bottle caps in containers.
  LVL 2 You find even more bottle caps in containers.

Scrounger 2/4 - Your honed senses help you notice things others would miss.
  LVL 1 You find more ammunition in containers.
  LVL 2 You find even more ammunition in containers.

Better Criticals 1/3 - Advanced training for enhanced combat effectiveness!
  LVL 1 Criticals do 50% more extra damage.

Critical Banker 1/3 - You're a patient battlefield tactician.
  LVL 1 You can save a Critical Hit, to be used in V.A.T.S. when you need it most.
