● How to get it
Could be crafted under “Utility” section of any Chemistry Station. 
Kids Rocket Launcher's requires aluminum, steel, gear and plastic.
Kids Rocket's requires toy rocketship and nuclear material.

● Known Bugs (Forgot to add) 
Sometimes after shooting in 1st person, the rocket on the launcher will not disappear correctly
When reloading the rocket may not reach the launcher properly.
Seems to happen often after using vats.
The reason behind is not known yet, though it could be fixed by shooting a rocket in 3rd person and switch back.

● Note
I am now learning to add weapons to the game. It's hard to tell if the keywords I added were matched. When I first saw the toy rocketship, this launcher just sprung to my mind and I was thinking to slip this thing to my son when I finally got him back. That was the initial thought anyway, never thought THAT would happen.

Kids Rocket Launcherの材料はアルミニウム(Aluminum)、鉄(Steel)、ギア(Gear)、プラスチック(Plastic)です。
Kids Rocket の材料は宇宙船のおもちゃ(Toy Rocketship)、核物質(Nuclear Material)です。

●既知の問題点　(書き忘れてました。)
たまに撃った後でも、ランチャーについているロケットが消えなかったり
弾を補充するときロケットがランチャーにつかない場合があります。
vatsを使った後に起こりやすい印象です。
原因は不明ですが、三人称視点にして１回撃つと大抵直ります。

とりあえず武器を追加する方法を学ぶために作りました。キーワードとかかなり適当にいじったので合ってるか不安です。
このロケットランチャーは最初に宇宙船のおもちゃを見たとき、息子を救い出したらこれをスリ渡すなりどうにかしてプレゼントするんだ！
とか思って作り始めたものです。あんな事になっているなんて、
