Hey there Nexus mod community! Having recently hit the 500 like mark on our Facebook page, approach a team size of 65, and as we start our third month of development, we at Team F4NV felt it was finally time to show off the first little glimpse into our vision of the Mojave. In the coming weeks and months we hope to show off more, but until then we hope you enjoy this little teaser!

Im really excited for this. Having my favorite game in the FO4 engine would be incredible. I miss the mojave sometimes. I am curious, how are you going to address the issues with the dialogue and way the perks worked.

Currently the closest we can get is SpiffySkytroopers dustbowl mod and a lot of other mod's but as yet there are no cacti plant's in the game.

A genuine new Vegas recreation would be fantastic and very welcome among a huge number of fan's old and new, I wonder what you plan though as I would assume this will be set after the time of the Courier, which path have you decided on, house in charge, the NCR or the Legion or are you keeping all three main faction's intact.

I like many am now mentally salivating at the thought of a New Vegas world in the fallout 4 engine, a truly huge project though and I wish you luck in this endeavor.

F4NV is intended as a complete recreation of Fallout: New Vegas, not just the worldspace itself. As such, the player will be taking on the role of the Courier.

That would be utterly brilliant but be careful of copyright, Bethesda are still selling the older game so total conversions that get too close tend to get shut down, it happened to a number of TES game conversion's as well, I really hope to see it and I would love to play it and since I own the older game I would see absolutely no harm in making it but like I say be careful because they can end up shutting down a lot of hard work if they feel you get too close.

There are a lot of other users whom will tell you about some of the Skyrim projects, thankfully Skywind is apparently back into production but will require definite copy's of both game's and have an installer of it's own that will detect there presence or retail disc's for authentication, this is how they get around the copyright restriction's, Skywind is a recreation of the older (and actually far better if it was in the Skyrim engine just as NV would be in the Fallout 4 Engine) Morrowind.

Best of luck and I truly hope to see this come to fruition.

TesRenewal's Morrowblivion is playable - actually very good considering how dated it is - and does indeed require the original games.

This is very exciting news. Oh, the idea of NV built in this environment... drool worth.

      Keep up the good work!
