      It's basically ready, I need to release it! I will plan on a release this week.

      Several. Here are the major mods that you see in these pics and throughout my work.

      1.) Snappy Housekit: Hands down the best building kit out there. The entire structure is built using this mod.
      2.) SOE (Settlement Objects Expanded): My close 2nd fav. This not only has great wall sets and themes, but furniture elements are vast as well. I used a bridge piece to build the loading dock.
      3.) Functional Objects Overhaul: A fairly recent mod that adds thousands of pieces from build sets to furniture pieces.
      4.) Just Debris: Another highly recommended mod that adds craftable debris.

      Thank you. That's good to know. I was going for raw, real world flavor. No gimmicks, themes or FO styles.... just realistic, post-apocalyptic warehousing goodness.
